La Dolce Vita

The Menu

A four-course journey through the flavors of Italy, prepared with love for the Pioneers.

Each course has been chosen to tell a story — from the sun-drenched coasts of Calabria to the trattorias of Naples. Settle in, pour the wine, and let the evening unfold.

Tender octopus braised Neapolitan-style in a fragrant tomato sauce with Gaeta olives, capers, garlic, and a splash of white wine. A beloved dish from the fishermen's quarter of Santa Lucia, brought straight to your table.
